Concept Phase
During the Concept Phase we will formally organize our project team, complete a thorough review of the design objectives and work with the Client to identify design specifications required for the new product. The objective of the Concept Phase is to define as precisely as possible, what the functional requirements are, how they should be prioritized and how best to design the product features to meet the requirements. To help achieve this objective the Customer should have a Design Specification Questionnaire completed. The following is a summary of questions/tasks that are listed on this questionnaire:
- What will the User Environment be? Outline the worst case and worst environment usage.
- Description of Product Set-Up, Life Requirements, Operation, and Product Features.
- Are their any Testing or Certification Requirements?
